When I began Jazzercise, I was going through a very stressful time in my life. Susan and Jazzercise helped me to not only get into shape physically, but also emotionally. The exercise relieved my tense muscles and I could work off my frustrations. My body felt better! So did my mind! Not being one that is naturally coordinated, I had to concentrate on the directions Susan was giving which took my mind off my problems. I also had to laugh (still do) at myself when trying to do some of the routines! Jazzercise is a great way to exercise, especially if you enjoy music. It is a good workout for cardio, strength, coordination and your mind! Bring a friend, have fun working out and do something good for yourself! |
